I need your opinion below. I have received an offer from a product based company which aligns with interests and salary expectations. Considering the recession situation happening in India, is it better to hold a couple of back up offers in case the first offer gets rescinded. But I'm getting a guilty feeling that I am grabbing and misusing other candidates'opportunity.

I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I’ve kept J1 because I’m still on the bench doing absolutely nothing and getting paid. Thinking about looking for a role on a project with J1 that’s not along my career path but will allow for me to do work with no calls so that I can manage both jobs. Does anyone have experience or advice?

HCL Technologies Hi fishes, HCL is recovering retention bonus from employees if employee resignes. I got retention bonus in sept 21 after deducting TDS and I resigned in nov 21. Now in fnf statement they are recovering the actual amount given to me. Can i claim in ITR the TDS deducted in sept. HCL Technologies

I have 5 YOE and i interviewed for CON and have been offered for consultant position, during the negotiation because of max salary restriction for the position she tried for Assistant manager then came back to me saying stakeholders said they can't hire for AM in deal Analytics and so can offer consultant for the same package.
