Need some advice—I’m 26wks pregnant and interviewing for new job Monday. They know I’m pregnant already. If they offer me the job, I’ll probably work for 9wks before needing to go out for the baby. How should I negotiate maternity leave? I won’t be eligible for FMLA, but I’ll do the state leave after birth for 8wks. Should I ask them to grant me a few weeks of paid leave as a PTO advance? Thoughts? Ideas?

So I am down to my last month with my BHA (bachelors healthcare administration) I have great management experience and insurance experience as well as being a nurse for 11 years and I am finding it very hard to break into the administration part of healthcare any job leads or advice. My employer disqualifies high earners and offers them a NQSP instead. Therefore, as a high earner, I don’t qualify to contribute to 401k. Is it advisable to start contributing to NQSP? I am a bit skeptical since funds placed in this bucket is not guaranteed to be disbursed if the firm goes out of business or something happens to a point where it shut down.

Figured if I was looking for a DRS focused bowl maybe other DRS people would be too.

How are DRS salaries different than other risk assurance groups? We are kind of in limbo between audit and advisory

DRS data: How many of you feel you are using your tech skills? Are you on C1 or C2 engagements? I'm on a staff-aug about to roll off & nervous the grass might not be greener & I'll be stuck in excel
