Hi everyone,
I have a total 9+ work ex in Devops and Release Management. Did an executive mba with a goal of breaking into Program management but got recruited into Management Consulting . In this company for the past 3 months.
I feel that my overall skills are better off in a TPM/Program Management role.
My overall experience makes me eligible for most PM roles.
My question is how do I prep for a TPM role since I don’t have development or Scrum Master exposure. Amazon India VMware BrowserStack Inc.
Is going for green belt certification worth it ?

What case scenario you have to bow out of one opportunity, not ideal, but part of the current reality.
If you do end up with another offer, do your diligence on the book of business and pipeline. Try to assess their resilience. Choose something that is likely to survive a sluggish economy for a couple years.

Firms are focusing on avoiding layoffs. If rescinding accepted offers ultimately means retaining current talent, it may be an option that’s used. So yes - start working on Plan B.

I won’t disclose the firm, but it has several offices and around 400 employees.

They confirmed I still have a job, but my start date has been moved back a few months. I’m glad it all worked out!
