Hi Fishes, I received a call from Wipro Technologies regarding an opportunity. In that initial screening call, I clearly mentioned my notice period is 90 days. Then I completed 2 rounds of technical interview, where L1 was conducted virtually and L2 was face to face. After F2F L2 round, the HR has asked me to share my documents along with my resignation acceptance screenshot. Does it mean I cleared L2 round? If I mention my 90 days notice period in the mail, will they reject my candidature?

If I were to start talking/applying to other agencies in my network, would that news reach the HR department at my current agency and raise alarm bells? Just curious how that works.

Recruiter shared post on-site feedback and she mentioned that she would like to do the team match and do 1-2 additional rounds of interviews because the feedbacks now are borderline and have a very low chance of HC. Three days later recruiter wants to give me a call and “give an update”. Schedules it after 2 days. This morning cancels last minute as they are having “internal discussions”. When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.

For next 5 years I worked mostly on application development and broadening my exposure. I am not getting even a single call from such companies now.

Is it a good idea to rebrand myself as a device driver developer so that I can get calls again?
