I recently joined an organisation. I got calls and attended multiple interviews and received multiple offers as well.

CTC range i am getting: 25-33 LPA

But they are mainly service based/big4/data analytics companies. I mean they are somewhat similar in terms of compensation. But i didn't get calls from good product based companies. I'm just wondering what the potential issues can be? Do i need to add DSA/problem solving in my resume? Or is referral the only way? Please advise.
