HashedIn by Deloitte @ 14 LPA (lots of perks provided by the company in form of employee benefits, New Project and Currently in Team building stage. So, the work will start from scratch)
Harman @ 15 LPA (In Samsung Project and the will have to work from client side office i.e. Samsung office itself)

Both are in Product Engineering domain in the Embedded Systems space.

YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np. Here are my observations about the skills and experiences that PMs have and how people are joining that group.

They are all technical. All of them could easily be very technical cloud consultants or cloud engineers.
Tl/Dr. If you couldn't get hired as a cloud engineer or cloud consultant - you probably can't become a PM

Even without LinkedIn, I see a lot of people younger than me in much better roles. They started off with relevant jobs right out of college. I graduated in 2009 when the economy tanked and worked in retail for years before I was finally able to land in corporate. Does anybody else struggle with this as well?
