Hi Fishes, I've recently given Interview for Data Scientist role at Tredence. If I gets selected ,what's the CTC I can ask for? and what's the band I would be in?

My CCTC - 12.7 LPA
ECTC - 19 LPA (since, already holding an 18 LPA offer)

Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. I have colleagues doing intense data science tasks as BI Analysts, and can’t help but feel indignant on their behalf because when hearing their job title, one would underestimate their technical ability.

Realistic range for CHI mid-level AD? I’m ready to prepare myself.

I interviewed with Amazon for SDE 1 role on 31 November 2021. Out of 4 rounds held on the same day, 2 went really good and other two were just alright. I haven't received any communication from them till date. Do they generally have such delays in announcing results or is it because they have rejected me?
