Generally how many days does it take for offer letter to be released after having discussion with HR.
Whom should we contact if we didn't receive any further information .
I had interview and offer discussion with CTS 6 months back but didn't receive any letter and even this time after interview and hr discussion its been 4 days but no further communication.

❓I heard BNY is more flexible in terms of hybrid model. i.e 12-15 day WFO in QTR ( i.e 1 day WFO in week). Any other bank is giving such flexibility? Actually they considered you for SSE role where max CTC for lateral is 6 and usually 5.6. For Associate consultant role now they are offering ,9-10 LPA. It's completely luck for which requirements they considered you. You will have Fixed 5.6 and your friend will have 10% variable. But still a huge difference. This happens in Infy.

It's not based on technical interview, it's based on the requirement or job posting you applied for. Associate consultant are usually cloud,cms,digital skills roles,microservices aem, angular etc. SSE are technology roles like java,.net etc. I would say it's a luck also when you interviewed for a position leave the 5.6 lpa offer as you can easily fetch 8+ in market

These service based companies negotiate like fish market sellers. If you are not very desperate for switch right now, then decline the offer stating that they are offering way below what you deserve.
Or else if you are very eager for a switch, then resign and utilize the NP to get better offers and try to land on something above 10.

Try other companies capg, Accenture, you may easily get 8 + variable amount

It's not the end of the world. After all, it's Infosys and not Facebook. So, stop overthinking. Your friend got lucky and you didn't. Relax! Market is hot right now and if you're good enough you will easily get 10-12 LPA. 🙂
