One of my friend got offer from UHG (Optum) 3 months back as contractor at 8.5lpa his previous salary was 5lpa, now within 3 month he got offer to be a permanent employee in UHG (Optum) , how much hike he should demand (or is it even ok to demand ?)

Besides salary is there any additional bonuses, stock options, etc to expect as you advance to SVP and EVP?

Hi I am currently working on a React project, just writing frontend code day in and day out. Want to switch to a backend or infra role. Have Experience with nodejs monoliths but do have a very vague idea about microservices(haven't done any hands on). What would be the best way around it. Should I learn spring or continue with nodejs for microservices. And what about the related technologies?

Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.
OS role offers better than the other two (only slightly), but I am interested in a good profile
