My brother has two offers one from volvo eicher commercial vehicles limited for java developer (initially trainee for 1 year) and one from tcs digital which one should he choose as initially he'll get 12-13k more in tcs per month. But learning is also important so if anyone can tell how is volvo eicher in terms of career growth and wlb.

About to get promoted at PwC from Associate to Senior Associate (mgmt consulting). I interviewed at Deloitte for a Consultant position, but they’re potentially giving me an offer for BA. I’d essentially be holding out on the promo until next promo cycle. Usually, I’d understand hiring at a level below for higher levels but I feel like doing a 3rd year as a junior might not be the best decision. Should I push HR for Consultant level?
