Current: 6 YOE, SAP ABAP, IBM Kolkata
Goal: Move into top foreign banks or product companies within the next 2 years.

Offer1: Capgemini : ~22-23 fix+ 70k variable, Kolkata
Offer2: Deloitte India : ~20 fix+ 5-15% variable, Hyderabad

Which option would provide better long-term growth, project quality, and brand value for my target?

Also, are the compensation and Kolkata vs Hyderabad location differences worth it?
