Need suggestions from folks who have successfully transitioned their career from SAP to DATA Science.
I have 9YOE in SAP MM and my CTC is below 15lpa. I would like to move out of the SAP consulting role as it no longer interests me and compensation is also one of the factors behind it.
Has anyone been able to do this transition successfully? What roadmap did you follow? Any trainings or courses attended? Self-taught? How did you justify the change in your interviews?

Hi, been stuck in the contract analysis/review cycle. I have asked a few recruiters how to make a lateral move into in-house. They told me to focus on contract management, which I have been doing for the past year. Now that I have, are there any sites besides “jobscan” that I can use to make sure my resume fits the job descriptions? Does anybody know any recruiters that could help me, as well?

Applying to roles within the same federal agency. I know you need one year within the probationary period, but can I apply to a higher GS level? For example, if I'm GS 9, receive a promotion to GS 11 at the end of probation, would i be able to apply to GS 13 roles if I'm qualified? Total yoe 11, RPA 6(AA)
Certified in all AA versions.
CCTC 25LPA
Expecting 40LPA
I felt this is a desirable ask but we didn't have enough budget to accomodate. Now we are going back to drawing board to reshuffle the budget for next FY, what would be an apt scale for someone with the profile above?

Is it concerning if a recruiter is dancing around giving you an offer? or is it just busy bc of Q4, coordinating teams, start dates, and covid?
