Total compensation =16.5 lac pa(excluding medical)

Accenture (Noida) :13 fixed + 27% variable = 16.51 lac pa

Any insight into TCS M&A group? They reached out offering $200k for an M&A specialist role and would be a significant jump from my current salary. Unsure what they do in M&A space since they focus largely on delivery vs strategy

I mentioned that I am considering starting my own practice in the new area, and the managing partner suggested that I transition to an “of counsel” position at a 1099 hourly rate (remote) while I got started.
