I have a offer from Labcorp but not for the role I applied for(applied for Validation Reviewer II) they asked to separately apply for Associate ValidatorII as I work as clinical Validation Analyst II and offer letter doesnot have designation it has Val Reviewer I . I wont be eligible for any appraisal in 2023 Dec and only for 2024. They said doing this as I only have 3.5 yoe.As soon as asked why this role to Hr she increased my ctc. Is there something wrong?

I have got an offer from one company with a 32L + 15% variable. Now I got two other offers with 36L. Should I go for it?

I am an Engg. (2004-2008) then went for MBA from UPES, Dehradun in Oil and Gas (2012-2014 : Regrettable decision). No connection though with O&G industry. Approx 10 years of work exp. Hello All, I have got an Offer from PWC as an Associate in the Advisory line of service. The team is mentioned to be Forensics. Wanted to check how is the team and what are the WFH arrangements. Also what is the hierarchy. Additionally they have offered me 9.5 as Total Base pay however i had asked for 11 as base. Can you guys suggest if i should ask for more ?

I’m currently interviewing with a few top 10 firms and a couple top 100 firms for a mostly remote experienced associate/new senior role. Does anyone have any tips on virtual interviews and how to gauge the culture of the firm and if it really will be a good fit for you? I’m struggling to figure out that out because I used to gauge it on the feeling I got while in their office during interviews. Any suggestions would be helpful :)

According to the new Wage Rules, are companies giving Basic Salary as 50% of fixed Pay? Should we ask HR of our current company or the next company to actually do the same? Or the rule isn't a mandate and it's upon companies to follow it ?
