lam about to join a new org in a few days and they have planned a travel to Europe for me to get Technical KT. But the thing is they said only for 2 weeks. They are going to file a business visa(l can stay up to 90 days). I want to spend some more time there( atleast 2 months). How I can convince them to increase this duration?

I have worked as customer service advisor in TCS for over 3 years. My last ctc in TCS was 240000rs pa but in BT the HR has sent me an offer letter of 250000 cts.
