I am working with a manager for a few weeks now. He pulls me into anything & everything he is working on without any regard to my bandwidth. He hardly takes up any piece & pushes everything down on me. However, right before I am ready to send the materials out to Partner/SM, he asks me to PM him the file to send it across himself. I joined a new company one week back but I'm planning to resign.
It's a standard IT MNC with 10k+ employees. CTC is really good. Work is okay.
I haven't started working yet, onboarding process is 3 weeks long

Now I got another offer.
Pay is same.
The offer is exciting - the technology stack is much more modern (Go), the role is a hybrid one (70% Dev, 30% management) with option to change later. The culture is amazing.
Company is 9 years old with 200 employees.

Has anyone done online MBA, please share your reviews.
