Hi Fishes wanted to know if FIS accepts counter offer. So I had an offer from accenture with fixed 16.8 and CTC 21 LPA and JB. FIS based on accenture offer offered me CTC of 19 where 17.5 is fixed. Accenture has now made my fixed 18 and CTC 23. Should I try counter offer with FIS? Also which one should I choose if the role is same. YOE is 9.5 and role is BA. Fis is my hometown and with accenture I’m looking for long term WFH.

Now XYZ company is asking me to work on a contract basis until I get relieved from my current company. If I don’t join my offer is null and void. And I don’t hold any other offers as well.
