Would like to understand how companies assess how much salary hike one is eligible for? I have seen multiple posts on same company offering way too high/low for same technology and YOE. Does it depend on your CCTC/Current Organization/Negotiation/Interviewperformance or what else?I have nearly 9 YOE in SAP SD. I have not switched from the beginning of my career and I wish to now. I have an offer from a service based company that offer a 100% hike with 27% variable. Is it good enough?

In Accenture offer Letter, I didn't get the pay structure, instead HR told me that it can be planned by employee only on the first day of joining. How does it works? I got level 8 .

My base location does not have a hot seat.

Should this not be the focus from HR side to get a seat allocated rather than pushing employees to report to a random office that have a seat.?
