I am holding a offer with UST for 14 (13.3 + 0.7) , Deloitte india with 13.25 fixed and mindtree with 15lpa (14+1).

Which one i need to choose between these 3 based on career growth and work life balance.

YOE is 3.

As a fresher and having completed 2 months at DI I feel that there is no growth for me here. Has anyone felt the same?

Hi guys, I got an offer from x and i discussed that with my current. At 1st current said they can only give 30% increment. I said I can't stay with this cause i got 70% and expect at least 50%(as the 70% included VP and the current org don't have vp, they have bonus). Then they said they can do max 45%. I really wanted to stay here so I said okay to current. Then now hr called me and said they are matching the offer(no vp). What should I make out of it? What made them change their mind?

But in my current position, we’ve been adding quite a few new projects (and our team is partner, two staff, and me) that will probably start over the next couple of months.
