I have 7 plus experience in c++. I am trying new job within Chennai location but I am getting 1 or 2 interview calls for a month. I know c++ is old language and openings are very less and competitor people also less.
Shall learn new courses like AWS... its totally different from my experience I am not sure it will help to my career.

6th year - over 2000 hours, great review last year, this year they said will not promote me. They will do a mid year review early next year and if still no good, will discuss “transition” plan. I have ADD and occasionally make small mistakes in my work, like leaving a word missing when editing sentences, small formatting errors or leaving an internal comment in drafts sent to clients. All partners have been very understanding and care about the quality of my work, and no client has ever complained. Partners and clients praise my work.

Hi! I started at a new company 2 months ago and while I’m really enjoying my job so far, I’m having a hard time gauging whether or not I’m doing a “good job.” My role seems to be always evolving, which is fine and I actually enjoy being a support to the greater marketing team, but I feel like I need better defined targets to make sure I’m meeting expectations. Relevant experience is same in C#, .NET, .NET APIs and Web Services, MVC, MS SQL Server, T-SQL, etc. I have been working in Agile model (Scrum) through tools like JIRA, Confluence. I also have experience in Batch Scripting for creating small-mid scale monitoring tools as I have experience in L3 Technical Support. Have used MS Office, ServiceNow, etc for reporting.

Does anyone know about designation hierarchy in Wipro consulting? Also, do they have bonus apart from fixed compensation? I will soon have an HR evaluation and compensation discussion and would like to have an idea before the discussion. The designation mentioned is Consultant, but I think over 7+ years of experience should be given AM designation.
