Hi fishes, I have joined new organization 2 weeks ago and I think have been low bowled in terms of compensation. Now I got 2 offers which are better than what I have joined. How to deal with such situation. I am not greedy but joined 8LPA with 4.3 yoe.. is it okay or less? FYLI can't abscond as I have company laptop (WFH right now).

Nothing against the colleagues at junior level but just that it hurts a bit. This shows how little the company had valued your contribution, hard work and the reputation that you have built over the years. So, love your work and domain but never love your organization.
