I recently appeared for an ADP interview at hyd. I completed round 3 the VP said that HR will connect but there was no response from the HR.
After a month, I went to ask about it and told them this is what happened and I am an ex-adp employee. So they restarted the hiring process. This time they said I cleared round 2 and added you will be receiving a call back but no response again. It's been 15 days since round 2.

Is there any HR portal to connect with HR's on this ?

I've been exploring exit opportunities for a few months and still holding out for the right opportunity. However, I've had A LOT of recruiters reach out to me for positions that are way below my current salary. They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k
