Hi Fishes I was interviewed by Deutsche Bank for a position in Treasury. Bank has done 5 rounds of technical interview. All of them went well as per me. But didn't received any response from HR after that. When I had mailed them for the status, I was informed that they had put me on hold. It's been 10days from that, but no update from them. My CCTC is 15.5(13.5fixed)

My NP is about to end.
I gave 10-15 company interviews and converted 4 offers. But could get max offer of 22. Though it's a great amount, I see many here who get 25-30lpa offer with same profile.

Plz tell if 22 is fair amount or below avg for 4+ yr exp in analytics domain.
