After all the discussion and asking my expectations Wipro provided me 2L over my current that too includes variable. I got frustrated looking at the figures and replied back with my expectations. I tried reaching out the HR several time but it's only one way connection from day 1 of getting call. When I try to call them they either not pick or the phone is switched off.
