I got multiple offers around 8 -10 LPA from similar companies (infy, Wipro,..) and some small and mid sized companies including product based ones. People are telling me to join big organization because of the upcoming recession. What's your opinion? I like some small companies because of their culture and WLB.Tata Consultancy Infosys Wipro

I am in the final steps of the interview process for an in-house position. I mentioned to the recruiter that I had unvested equity I would be leaving on the table. She said the company would take this into account and make me whole. She later asked for proof of the equity in the form of my account statement and balance, which I provided.
