Infosys has a high variable percentage included in the CTC (15%).
We know that we always get 80% or more of that.
But when we will switch jobs from Infosys, will other recruiters respect that fact?
I mean will they just consider the fixed CTC to calculate hike or we can show our quarterly bonus statement to prove that the variable is also somewhat fixed only.

Anyone who has switched from Infosys what was your experience?

Had a second round interview for an experienced hire role 6 weeks ago, was told I was moving to the final round, and no date has been set. Last communication from recruiter was almost 3 weeks ago. Followed up with the recruiter last week, crickets. Am I no longer being considered?

When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.

For next 5 years I worked mostly on application development and broadening my exposure. I am not getting even a single call from such companies now.

Is it a good idea to rebrand myself as a device driver developer so that I can get calls again?

Do any of you work in a different country than your company is based? I would love to eventually work internationally (based in the USA), ideally remote, but I’m not sure how realistic it is for most people

Also unfortunately I don’t code so a programming jobs are out of the question, and I know many of those jobs are easily worked remote/internationally
