Is it okay and legal to share offer letter from one company to another company for salary Re-negotiation?

I got Medical Reimbursement of around in current month salary, but I don't think I had applied any bill or submitted any such amount. Can someone tell what exactly is this amount for?

Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?

Let’s talk about wrongful termination. The other day I was fired in the middle of the day without any warning. My colleagues called me because they were confused on why the Talent Manager dismissed me from the chat. I didn’t know what they were referring to. So I called my PM to ask what was happening, and she said that she just got off the phone with the TM and said they were terminating my contract on the spot due to me speaking up about micromanaging. I am in probation in the new company I joined recently (4.5 months). My task is mostly to assist one person in his tasks. I do the work and learn in parallel and I also do other smaller mundane tasks. I have no issues with these but none of my leads/management knows about what work I do cos this person sends all official emails (I am not copied most times) and talks in DSM.
