Been welding for my company for 13+ yrs and I think it’s time for a change. The culture has completely changed and became toxic. My dream is to go independent do mobile/rig welding and repair then potentially have my own shop/store front. I have all the equipment and truck setup to start but don’t know where or how. I have a splunk question…. When would it be appropriate to use a dashboard instead of the actual logs to validate that all changes are being logged. My client uses dashboards to monitor higher risk changes in real time. It is not intended to “monitor or capture “ all changes. I think this is incompetence on the part of the assessment team
