I am working as data engineer at Accenture with 2 YOE with ctc of 11LPA. After clearing all the technical rounds at Impetus technologies, tomorrow I have my HR discussion. Is RSM a good company to work for?
I had an interview with @cognizant all rounds done with HR AND Salary negotiation, after that I sent an email to them related to my offer status. However, they replied me as, we have kept you on hold etc.
And now @cognizant hr called me 3 times for job opening, and I have told them my offer is on hold. Now, they have scheduled interview. Is it for same or new. It's really confusing for me.
If they release old offer what we have discussed or they will interview me again

Ask for atleast 20 LPA. With your experience that is a bare minimum. If you could share your current CTC, probably a better number could be asked. Can go up to 25-27 LPA based on current fixed compensation but unlikely that EY India will part with more than this for senior consultant role
