I am having total 9.7 yrs experience with relevant SAP experience of 7.7 yrs getting interviewed in Accenture strategy for management consultant position. Is this designation correct or they are downgrading and lowballing me?

Currently I am working as senior consultant in Deloitte India.

I started working as a consultant with EY 8 months ago. Even though I'm content and learning a lot there, I think there are places where I might easily earn more money. I received a job offer last week from Alvarez & Marsal to work as a consultant at the Transaction Advisory Department (financial due diligence team), where I will be paid more fairly (salary & bonus). Should I accept it? Or would leaving EY that early not be wise?

I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.
