Hi folks, I am just curious about CTC. I have 13 years of experience out of which 6 years in the data science domain. CCTC is 39 LPA and working in a product company where growth is really slow. I am curious about the possible future growth. Do I need to make an effort to learn more things and check for further opportunities or it is a good average position? I am OK with an average career, with a good WLB. But just don't want to be a mediocre person to miss an opportunity.

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?

Just saw that Airbnb's salary range for a 2+ years experience Data Scientist in US is 129k -180k USD.
In INR its 95L- 1.4cr. But in India do they pay even 30L to 4 years yoe?
Last year I saw such salary range for 4+ yoe in US. But in India its yet to increase.
In this quarter these companies have started negotiating in the name of US recession. Irony is salary range didn't decrease in the place where the recession is supposed to occur.
