I appeared for interview with Bain had 2 rounds more than a month ago it was through consultant. After 15 days consultant told feedback is positive but it may time to proceed further . It is going to be a month now still waiting .Should I expect any response from them. How much time Bain take to finalize or release offer .

I’ve applied to 3 program manager roles with google and even though I feel I’m over qualified, I’m not getting any interviews or even a screening call from a recruiter. I got NTD for 2/3 already.

I am a consultant working in one of the big 4. I have got a call from DE Shaw HR for a role in their Project Finance and Investment Research team focusing on Energy sector? Being an MBA in Finance graduate, I am in a dilemna on which path might be better I the long run -consulting (where I am more of a generalist, taking up random asks from clients and onshore stakeholders) or Project Finance & M&A where role might be more specific.

Want to transition from operations manager role to consulting role, currently doing tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, SQL and pro in excel. What package can I expect for this transition. YOE: 6+ years in US Mortgage out of which 2 years are in management role.

I would never recommend joining this company.Pathetic management,no wlb , working with this company will be very stressful for devs due to bed managers they forced junior dev to work 14hrs a day not only that but giving so much work pressure, unrealistic deadlines, giving threats to Jr dev if they didn't work they'll downgrade them even After working 12+ hrs. Due to bond cnt left.
