I am interviewing for an in-house tech co product counsel role and before they proceed with the next rounds they want to know if I'm fine with the comp. The base is $175+10-15% bonus (pre-ipo unicorn) +esop. The funny part is they are not willing to disclose the esop component so I don't know what the TC would look like to make an informed decision. What is a good way to nicely ask them about the equity part without messing up my chances.

A year ago, I finally got an interview and I thought it was God opening a door for me. I practiced all day long for several weeks; I meditated and tried as hard as I possibly could. I got rejected and felt devastated. A year later, I interviewed again, but this time I just prayed “thy will be done” before the interview. Today, I got my offer

It’s been six weeks since he broke up with me and I feel like I’m still in shock. Like I’m in a nightmare I can’t wake up from. I just can’t believe he left me when he always said he never would.

Went on a few interviews and there is always positive feedback but no offers. However, two companies in particular mentioned that they didn’t think I’m ready for the manager role quite yet. I am currently the level right before manager at my firm however I don’t have my CPA so cannot get promoted. Any tips for how to convey I have manager level skills? Not sure what part of my responses are showing that I should stay at the senior level.

AWS-SAA question (newbie): I know AWS account is a root account & by default gives user access/permissions to all the AWS services. You need to have an aws account first to then create IAM users to define who they are, permission groups they’re in, and the level of access/permissions they have to a bucket/object for example. So....when the IAM users are added, do they receive a notification with the url to access the environment? Do they need an aws account as well? Confused on difference
