Current CTC is 18.5 lpa
TCS offer is 29 lpa including 1 lakh retention bonus, 3.6 lpa variable bonus.
1.5 lakh Joining bonus.
Designation as Associate Consultant.

Wipro offer is 30 lpa.
25 lakhs is fixed.
4.5 lakhs as variable and 50k gratuity.
No Joining bonus.
Designation is Principal consultant.

Which one should I join?

I got offer from persistent with 31lpa.
But most of the compensation they added into skill bonus-1400000. Due to that my basic salary is low- 50k as compared to my cctc basic salary, which is 63k with 19.5lpa.
Is it normally happening with everyone joining to persistent?
Can Persistent increase basic salary component and reduce the skill bouns?
I asked hr to increase my basic, but she mentioned that it’s system generated and standard format, vary cmpny to cmpny.

I’ve been working as a contract TAS for 6 months in a medical device company. I started part time and as it became busier/my trainer quit, I became full-time. I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention. For the salary expectation, I put in 85k which is in the range. I’m currently at 64k which is below the minimum of the range. Is this realistic?

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks

I have offer letters from both. The company which is paying more is offering a support role. So, was think of re negotiating the salary with the other recruiter. Location is same for both.
