I have 3.5 years of experience in IT, focusing on PeopleSoft support and development in finance and HRMS.

I'm looking to switch to Salesforce and have knowledge of Admin, development concepts, LWC, and integration. Despite holding Salesforce Admin and PD1 certifications, I'm facing challenges due to a lack of industry experience in Salesforce.

My current CTC is 6 LPA. Any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated.

Given number of interviews but no one are ready to give more than this even if I reach last rounds.
I am confused right now like should give some more interviews or join the unisys?

I currently do securities ops/accounting but want to move into a more client facing role. One of our marketing/client service associates got a promotion, so I’m guessing she’ll be doing higher level work, which may leave a gap for some of the work she used to do. How would I go about asking if I can work on that team in some capacity but still do my current role? I’ve only been there 1 yr and I know my current manager also has some higher level items in securities ops he wants me to do as well.

Hello all, I need one advice.
I am working as SAP consultant for 3.6 years in same company now. I am going to make my first switch in one of the big 4 in SAP only.
The thing is that I don't really enjoy working in SAP. It was handed over to me when I joined my current WITCH company. Now I have decided to switch to Salesforce tech. For which I have already finished the Admin beginner part.(while staying in NP)
