Any one got the retention offer from TCS ?
Hello Fishes, Our project management asked us to return the assets by Oct 1st. They are forcing us to pick any upcoming Saturday's to return the assets, that to we need to report the office by 10 am to return the system. Does this "return to pick up" option in Ultimatix still works or we need to go to office only to return the system.? Tata Consultancy

I got offer on Citiustech Healthcare Technologies
May I know how WLB in this company, I see in glassdoor and ambitions contains positive and negative. Is it worth to join? Is it useful for me to enhance my career for long run? How about the retention pay? If we leave the company we need to pay entire retention pay?I have other wipro and CTS, which company is better to join?

Project : No new projects in company. They have short term projects.( 1-2). Due to which people always feel insecure .Most of the big clients have already left CitiusTech and some move to support only.
Bench: Currently firing is happening in CitiusTech. Those who joined in october, November , December they have fired in February March .
As they don't have projects
Job Security; There is no job security. As currently the bench is empty and most of them are fired /layoff. ( Do check with CitiusTech employees who are in bench )
Management is unskilled and incompetenent and they have no idea about technology . They treat their employees as slave . Most of management level employee are working in this compmay from last more then 7 - 8 years . Due to this company is full of politics.
Most people are stuck they have 3 months notice period and every year they getting only 1%- 3% hike. And management get good hikes.
They do cost cutting always to remove first with mid level developers if getting high package also .
I suggest you to think multiple times and do proper research by talking to atleast 10-12 people( Of Experience level and Bench employees) And get idea of what is happeing in company from last three months. ( Check bench count and how much employees is fired , new joinee fired etc)
