I resigned last week as client is taking me as FTE and management agreed for month end as LWD. Now when will I get the LWD confirmation mail? HM has to update LWD in portal?

One more thing I would like to confirm, client said they will buyout my notice period. But in my offer letter it says that payout will be paid to old company only after F&F docs are submitted within 3 months of joining. So now the payout will be paid from client only or cts will cut the pay from f&f settlement?

Is there any option in 1C portal to enquire/access all the ongoing or upcoming client projects in
Cognizant?
Also, how can one change their horizontal. My role is very restricted in my current ADM profile so want to make a switch to Media &
Entertainment. I have work to back this switch.

I am defending an eviction for a client who has given possession of the property (as of Nov. 30). Plaintiff’s complaint has one claim – possession. They did request relief for attorney’s fees. NJT/Final Hearing commenced 10/27, was only 30 min and was therefore continued to 12/20. Plaintiff had counsel at that time but they are no longer represented.  I want to file something notifying Court that Plaintiff claim is now moot, making sure that judgment is not entered that hurts (cont'd)..
