Hey team! So I was laid off from my SDR position about a week ago. A couple months back, I had an offer for a BDR position that I ended up turning down but I really liked and connected with the manager. Is it worth it to reach out? I've been always eating tons of sugar growing up and I've finally decided to stop eating heavily processed food/sweets a month ago. Turns out I was really addicted without realizing it and I truly experienced mental and physical symptoms during the last few weeks (cravings, fatigue, dizziness, etc.), but feeling better every day. Anyone experienced anything similar? I don't smoke and don't even drink coffee (yep, no caffeine at all) so I never realized how dependent on something I was.

How much programming language is important for a QA Engineer..

Need your inputs, I have experience in Java Automation for past 2 years.. now my yet join company is using Ruby for Automation. Not a big deal in learning about ruby. Only worried about that if I continue here, in process of learning ruby I might have unlearn java. If I need to come out then openings on Automation with ruby in the market is pretty much less I think..
