I feel JPMC low-balled me after seeing 3 yoe candidates getting 602 and 30+ lpa. If anybody can give some guidance it would really help.

I feel 27lpa is very big and sufficient and looking to stay there for some long time. But I don't want to have any regrets after joining...

It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…

Hi. I am desperate to change jobs. I have two offer in hands: Deloitte Hyderbad on a contract basis with 15% hike and KPMG Bangalore FTE with 25% hike. I like Deloitte as a brand better.
None of of these two companies are willing to offer more saying that they have a tight budget.
