One question, I got call from TCS for interview tomorrow they said it's urgent and will have only 1 technical round followed by HR. I said yes but now not interested to attend interview since Its not even been 1 year for me in my new company. Moreover i have an offer from HCL via internal conversion. They made my profile also in tcs portal. What if I don't attend the interview.? Will they blacklist me forever or is there any cooling period?

Hey guys, so I have competing offers. One at Bank of America for 124, and one at Allspring for 110.

Does anybody work at Allspring? They did not provide any information regarding benefits, 401k match, or any annual bonus structure. I was told, verbally, that the Bank of America bonus is something like 15 to 20%, but nothing in writing.

Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge about compensation structure at Allspring, or any opinions on the culture there. I would be in Charlotte.

So I recently interviewed for an associate PM role with my current company. I’ve been a store manager with them for 11 years. During the interviews, I felt like things were growing great and the feedback I got at the end was great. You’d think given my time knowing the product/ company for so long, that I’d be a great fit but I got rejected and haven’t gotten feedback probably will get ghosted. Should I shoot my shot and advocate for myself with the hiring manager either way?
