What should be an average decent pay range these days (post pandemic) in India, for a 12-15 years experienced tech person in a stable and reputed MNC not startup? Please share your valuable inputs to all mid level employees.

I am 11 yoe java spring db background I got selected in Deutsch bank for AVP role my current compensation is 21 LPA.. how much can I ask Deutsch bank..I don't have any other offer.

I worked in PwC for 1.5 years and the moved to Oracle on last July with 50% hike(CCTC is 14.5LPA). I was hired for Application Developer 2 but often I’m getting QA work and I don’t like this job. So looking for a change.

If I leave Oracle before 12 months I should repay the amount I used for relocation purposes. ( I used around 3L )

I was interviewed in Aruba Networks ( a HPE subsidiary ). If I clear the interview, how much CTC I can expect ?

I’m an L&E associate entering my 5th year at a mid-sized regional law firm (approx. 400 attorneys). Barred in PA/NJ. Billed 2100 last year but my requirement is 1950. Should I try to lateral into BigLaw or should I try to go in house? Are either of those realistic options for me? Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. But all of sudden hr is saying she is not confirm whether I'll get offer or not. They are bluffing all around to giving my offer. What should I do now

1. London base salary but I have to absorb all the expenses (train + stay)
I am thinking to negotiate to

2. home base salary and have my expenses paid for

I know that's depends on the amount I have to travel (and potentially stay) but at the moment this is unknown. Past 8 months was just twice a month + 2 nights stay.

The only thing I know is it won't be every week, the return trian ticket is about £80-100, depends I could plan ahead.
