I recently started a local store visit campaign but it’s not allowing me to optimize towards store visits. My Google rep doesn’t know what she’s doing I swear, she’s not had any answers and she’s the one the recommended we utilize this ad type. Any ideas why it’s not letting me optimize towards this? I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Have I been ghosted or is there still hope? Does anyone at Visa have insights? Looks like there are a ton of jobs posted so maybe they are just backed up?

How can one transition from a Visual/graphic designer in marketing to a product designer? And what’s it like being a product designer w a visual design background? Never thought I’d say this, but virtual happy hours are WAY worse than hanging out with your team in a bar. At least in person you can circulate.

Does anyone else have “email social anxiety”? Not with writing emails that have to do with content/work I did, but when I’m “just checking in” and doing vaguely unsaid social things I’ve never understood well.
I feel super awkward and read too into things, it takes me 30+ min for a simple friendly email to a manager or above and I get worked up about it.
