I got a offer from nielsen as a data scientist with band 8, Hr said this role is for 1-2 yr experience and only they can provide 14LPA. My current package is 8.1 LPA.
Seems like I’m joining in junior role, please share your thoughts.

I don’t actually qualify for quarterly bonuses at a pro-rated billing rate; no 401ks till year 2; and the biggest—we don’t qualify for a raise unless we are here during the entire fiscal year. Hello Everyone, I have received the offer letter from Nielseniq without joining date and details of the notice period or probation. It's just a consent letter and a code of conduct with the salary break up.
I asked HR about the same as my joining is near and still no joining date mentioned but not getting any response.
