Hi Guys, 22nd June 2024 , I have attended TCS walk-in drive and cleared TR and MR round. After few days I got call from Project team to attend one more round and I cleared that too. I have uploaded all required docs in ibegin portal. However my profile is still showing as Evaluation in progress.
1) When would I expect HR call and Offer letter. Its been already
2) Will they release Offer letter after BGV clearance or before
3) My notice period is 90 days, Is the reason for delay ?

With everyone seeming to be “hiring” I’ve had job interviews with various firms: EY, Plante Moran, Doren Mayhew, Rehmann, to name a few..
Apparently I just suck at interviewing, or the firms in my area are not hiring. 🤦

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job

Hi fishes, Had discussion with TCS HR and he told he need to take approval for 21.5LPA as my current CTC is already on an higher level, My YOE is 7+ now , Will they offer me 21.5 lpa? Does the approval take place in TCS or just HR is ghosting me ?

I was told I will get HR call.Then on 11th sept i got onboarding email to submit documents and the next day all the documents got verified but since then I didn't get any update and it has been more than two weeks.Ibegin portal shows evaluation in progress. Hi Fishes, DONE MY HR ROUND AND SALARY DISCUSSION it's been 15 day's. After so many followup today got the below reply from TCS HR. ✓Your profile is still under consideration. However I still have not received confirmation on your salary yet. This will take some time. Will respond back to you as and when there is an update pls. Ibegin status -Evaluation is in progress. Please suggest if this is normal practice for TCS ? Will they proceed further? Tata Consultancy Accenture
