I know this question might be too general, but usually how long it takes from just starting to look at opportunities to landing a role in industry? I started to feel strongly about quitting my current role, but am worried I would stuck here before having an opportunity lined up.

How much stock do you put on benefits? I have two offers with stark differences in benefits. Job 1: role I want, but benefit sucks (2 weeks paternity leave, 20% coinsurance). Job 2: role is okay but higher level and great benefits (16 weeks paternity, 0% coinsurance, 5 more days of vacation). Total comp is the same though. I wonder if I should just focus on role but Job 2 is a large company, so I can move around after 2-3 years I’d expect. Thoughts?

I got an offer letter a month ago with the 45 percent hike . And I had not resigned yet from current organization. But now I wish to join this company and my notice period is 2 months.
I don't want to abscond.

What can I do in such case?

Which offer to choose?

1. TCS DIGITAL - 7.3lpa No Bond
2. Publicis SAPIENT - ASDE - 10 LPA (7.x base + 2.5 bonus). But has a bond of, 18months for 1.5L and 24months for bonus.

I'll look for switch to product in some time, until then the inhand and location for sapient is better, pls suggest.
