How much will pay for Senior 2 at Mazars now? How much/ how many percentage salary raise will be increased from S2 to S3 and from S3 to Manger in general? Are there any big clients in Mazars and will that be hard to get in the big client team in Mazars? How abt work hours there?
Just an offer from Mazars at a 18.75% raise increase, compared with my current salary, not sure if it is a good deal at this current hot market.

Got another offer letter of 18.5LPA from Intelliswift, 17.5LPA from Capgemini and probably will get 19.5 LPA from Telus international as well.
Am I getting less from Mindtree?? Can Mindtree increase the offer letter? Please suggest..

Let me tell you, I love the flexibility at my firm, OK pay, and I do a great job, and am comfortable pushing back when I have too much work . BUT managers are terrible at planning and recently end up putting me in preventable situations where I need to work 55 hrs or have the staff work the 55 hours.
