Hi guys, i am working as Business Analyst and have no knowledge of coding, so worried about my growth & future, i started learning big data ( HDFS, Spark with scala , Hive) i am getting interest in the same but the calls that i am receiving for interview ask far more technologies apart from those i mentioned above , can you guys suggest how to proceed as i am losing my confidence.

Are firms willing to negotiate the role with campus hires? I received an offer for a big 4 in risk, which I signed early in September, but just now received another offer in TAS from a different firm. While I much prefer the big 4 firm, I do not want to work in risk anymore. Would a big 4 be willing to change groups? Have you heard of anyone able to do this? I feel kind of bad, but I truly despise the idea of working in risk now. ( My friend who's in the role right now hates it)
