I’m currently a customer success analyst and have about 4 years solid experience in customer success, making $63k in SoCal. Since I’ve been successful for a few years now here, would I ask for a recalibration on salary due to experience to make sure I’m up to par? At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost).
