Hi guys, I have given 2 rounds of technical interviews with good feedback from the recruiters in these rounds. This was for technical support engineer role. my last interview was 18th november and since then i have not received any kind of callback or any communication from recruiting team. In the Action center the application status is still in interview stage. Is there a timeline when i can expect some kind of communication? I have been emailing the recruiter since november but no reply yet.

I feel I should be Senior SE in Microsoft (level 63) but when I got microsoft offer last year the HR said it is the maximum they can give. Fixed base is 28 LPA.
