_VOIS is not Vodafone Idea…It’s previously Vodafone Shared Services, now group rebranded in as Vodafone Intelligent Solutions aka _VOIS …VOIS is think tank of Vodafone group. It’s headquartered at London and mainly serves Vodafone Europe region and has around 25k+ employees. One of the best companies in terms of WLB, employee friendly policies, variable is paid 100+% every year. Hike is 8-12% for default rating. Last year’s bonus was 125%. Attrition rate is very low as everyone is happy here.
Guys, This has got nothing to do with Vodafone India. This is captive of Vodafone UK. I would be joining them next month and leaving Cognizant. They have offered one of the best salaries. I had offers from multiple Service companies but none of them can match Vodafone. Also they have very good policies, good hikes and the best part if the work culture.Mphasis is like the armpit of Service companies

I got offered from vois and HR said work from office is not planned yet as covid increases and they are continuing wfh for now.
Both looks good, but I would try to search for another offer. You can fetch 26 LPA with your current YOE.
Try to negotiate with Vodafone, that you have an offer of 18LPA from Mphasis and if they increase the offer to 20LPA then you would join Vodafone.

Mphasis is always better when compared with the Vodafone-Idea company. As per my knowledge, Vodafone is a loss making company.
